White kaakkurattan root – 10g
Cumin seed – 10g
Sugar – 10g
Have all the ingredients mentioned above in the measures as told above. The root and the cumin has to be fried with ghee. Grind the sugar finely with the above made mixture and divide it into six equal parts and have it in the morning and evening for the next three days. By following this way you can eradicate cough.
