Reasons and medicines for diseases related to eye

Thirumoolar says that the eye diseases are common among the people who get exposed to sunlight a lot, who have more desire for girls, who see high intensity light for a long time, who see the high temperature things closely, who consumes unrefined arsenics.

"கண்நோய் வரும் காரணம் இன்னும் கேள்
kannoay varum kaaranam innum kael
புண்ணான மேகத்தால் பருவேட்டை வாயுவால்
punnaana maegaththaal paruvaettai vaayuvaal
தன்னாம் மலக்கட்டால் தன்சலக் கட்டினால்
thannaam malakkattaal thansalak kattinaal
புண்ணாம் இரணத்தில் போடும் காரத்தாலே
punnaam iranaththil poadum kaaraththaalae"

Also he adds about the reasons for the eye diseases. Because of syphilis, gastric, constipation, controlling of urine, the medicines that we put for the wound all causes the eye diseases.

"காரச்சுருக்கால் கடும் ராசா தூமத்தால்
kaarachurukkaal kadum raasaa thoomaththaal
நேரொத்த சாரம் நிறை மூக்கின் வாசத்தால்
naeroththa saaram nirai mookkin vaasaththaal
பாரொத்த பேதியால் பலப்பல தண்ணீரால்
paaroththa paethiyaal palappala thanneeraal
சீரொத்த கண்ணில் பிறக்கும் வியாதியே
seeroththa kannil pirakkum viyaathiyae"

There are other reasons also for the eye diseases. Due to the smoke of the  mercury, smelling of the medicines like ammonium chloride, dysentry, consuming various kinds of water causes the eye diseases.

Along with this, he himself has told the medicine for it.

"இந்துப்பு திப்பிலி இயல்பீத ரோகிணி
inthuppu thippili iyalpeetha roagini
நந்திப்பூச்சாற்றில் நயந்து அரைத்திட
nanthippoochatril nayanthu araiththida
அந்தகன் கண்ணுக் கருந்ததி தோன்றிடும்
anthakan kannuk karunthathi thoanridum
நந்திக்கு நாதன் நயந்து உரைத்ததே
nandhikku naathan nayanthu uraiththathae"

If any eye diseases occurs, rock salt, long pepper, peetha rogini all these are to be add with the juice of East India rosebay flower and grind slowly and apply to the eyes. This cures the eye diseases. It also gives vision to the blind. This has been told to Nandhi by Lord Shiva, says Thirumoolar.

Yoga's peak state

By uniting all the five senses (touch, taste, sight, hearing and smell) a clarity is attained in mind, as a result of which a undisturbed silence is created. In this state only one can realise that the god is present in him and his soul . This is the stage of supreme bliss that could not be expressed in words.

This state is only called as the peak state. To atain this stage, it is possible only under the guidance of a guru. That is only the best practice also.

The obstacles faced by the one who practises Yoga

The one who practices yoga without self interest, and lacks in concentration may face certain obstacles says Patanjali saint and he explains those obstacles in the following manner.

Thoughts that deviate your ideas may arise, he says it as " Sitha vikashoba".

The obstacles that are caused due to ill health are said as " Sthiyaanaa".

The obstacle that causes the fear about their success in yoga is said as "Samsayaa".

The deviation that occurs due to carelessness is said as "Pramaathaa".

Losing the expertise on mind's concentration that we have attained on repeated practise is said as "Anaavasthithathva".

Hence while one is practising yoga he must be both mentally and physically ready to face these obstacles. If it is practiced under the survilleance of a guru then all these obstacles can be over thrown.

The one who has the mental ability as well as the physical ability of attaining the goal by over throwing these obstacles could succeed in yoga.

For acheiving success in Yoga

Be slow in consuming food. Though it is a delicious food do not eat stomach full. In sanskrit it is told as "midhaakaara". It means eating neither heavily nor lightly but eating moderately.

"Eat after hunger" is the word of ancestors. If we eat beyond the level of hunger it causes illness. For the people who practice yoga limiting the quantity of food is an important aspect. 

Those who eat more and those who suffer in hunger, both could not succeed in the yoga practise. 

Also for those who do not sleep completely and those who snore and sleep, both could not succeed in the practise of yoga.

Kannadhasan has wrote in his book, Arthamulla indhu madham, that because of this sleep only he has lost so many things.

The body should not strain much. You should not sit lazily also. You should not eat heavily and become addicted to taste. Also you should not starve without eating.

In eating, working, sleeping it is important that there should be a limit i.e., it should not exceed the range or go below it. People of this kind only can attain success in Yoga.

Stages of yoga

Yoga has eight stages. This is also called as "eight steps" by Patanjali saint, god father of yoga. All these eight states are supportive to human's soul throughout his life.

All these eight stages are inter-related with each other. At the end of one stage the other stage begins. Hence we must practice stage by stage. Without succeding in one stage we cannot proceed to the further stages. Therefore by continuous practice and by keeping your mind away from all the desires only you can attain this.

The yoga's eight stages are told by Thirumoolar in his Thirumanthiram.

"அந்நெறி இந்நெறி என்னாதட் டாங்கத்
anneri inneri ennaathat taangath
தன்னெறி சென்று சமாதியி லேநின்மின்
thanneri senru samaadhiyi laeninmin
நன்னெறி செல்வார்க்கு ஞானத்தி லேகலாம்
nanneri selvaarkku gnaanaththi laekalaam
புன்னெறி யாகத்திற் போக்கில்லை யாகுமே
punneri yaagaththir poakkillai yaagumae"

The eight stages of yoga are Iyama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyakara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.

Iyama is relavant to the attaining good dicipline for life. Niyama is relevant to attaining the purity of soul through discipline. Asana is related to exercises. Pranayama is related to practicing the technique of controlling breath. Pratyakara is related to controlling the senses. Dharana is related to controlling the mind. Dhyana is the state of  identifying the supreme being. Samadhi is related to the attaining the state equal to the supreme being.

In eating, working, sleeping it is important that there should be a limit i.e., it should not exceed the range or go below it. People of this kind only can attain success in Yoga.

Yoga - Few clarifications

In the situation where the human is struck in the ocean of desires or wants and where people consider it as the life. To bring back the people from this state, the Yoga has been most aidful.

"Yoga" is a sanskrit originated word, which means uniting one's thoughts and ideas and acting according to them. This can also be told in divine language as the lively human soul attaining/reaching the state of  Paramathma - the ultimate soul.

What happens actually in Yoga?

Pure thoughts, actions, attaining the higher state of god, by bringing all the powers in our body together and concentrating the mind on one point, and uniting all this to a godly state happens by practising yoga.

One who follows the path of yoga is called as Yogi. Yogi is one who is away from the sorrow happiness, relations, affection, complaining.

For every action there is an opposite action. This suits  for human life also. When he is not able to face the consequences of his action, he gets distracted from the path and falls into the pit of sorrow and suffers a lot.

Yoga is a practice to relieve him from that state and helping him to attain the state of losing the desires. One who gets relieved from that state by following this yoga is called as yogi.

All the human with six senses can practice yoga and attain the state of the supreme god. This do not have any restrictions on the criteria of religion, caste and creed. To become successful in this practice of yoga there are certain rules. Those who follow those rules strictly could become successful in the yoga practice in short span of time.

What if it is boy or girl?

During the days when male domination or female supression were prominent, Sivavaakkiyar aroused his voice against the female supression or the male - female differentiation.

பெண்ணும் ஆணும் ஒன்றல்லோ பிறப்பதற்க்கு முன்னெலாம்

In the womb, the male or female life cannot be differentiated. In that precious state there is no differentiation but once the baby takes birth the male, female difference is observed. Why is it so?

I consider this Sivavaakkiyar's differnce of opinion  with  his contempary people as the most prominent one. The calssification  of sex and female discrimination, for both these he was totally against and the above song is the best example for it.

Hence this song stress on the point that the Siththars were never away from the life of common people.

Bring the  Justicia tranquebariensis with the root and cut into pieces and extract  kuzhith thailam out of it. Along with that kuzhith thailam add camphor powder and mix it and expose it to the sunlight and pray it to the sun god and take it.

On applying it to the tongue and eating anything will taste sweet. Poison becomes elixir, says Agathiyar.

Food is life

The secret of human to lead a long life, lies with in the food habit they follow. Most of us do not understand this and  become an addict to the taste of the food and spoil our health. All our food has got acidic and spiciness. Based on the food variety their proportion varies.

For good health, the food must contain 80%of spicyness and 20% of acidic nature. If it is in these proportions we could attain full strength, long life and good health.

The Siththars have categorized the food into three types. They are satvika food, rajo food and thamasa food. The satvika  food gives purity. The rajo food arouses the feelings. The thamasa food results in ill health. As per the records available, most of the Siththars were had lived by having the satvika food only.

Milk, Butter, honey, fruit varieties, vegetables, grains all these come under the category of satvika food.

Meat, fish, dhal varities and food consumed hotly come under the category of rajo food.

Dry fish, alcohol, intoxication, most fermant food varities come under the category of thamasa food

Based on our health situations these food categories could be chosen and consumed.

Saturday head bath

In our society, since so many generations we have been following this custom. For people like us who live in the hot climatic conditions, the modern reasearches have told that taking oil bath is good for health. This has already been told by our ancestors. So many other things behind this have not been researched yet is the fact. In this , category "Wednesday, Saturday headbath" is the most familiar word, why should we take head bath during wednesday and saturday.

On taking bath on which day results out with what benefits has been told out clearly by Theraiyar in one of his song.

"கேளு அருக்கன் பலன் தான் அழகை மாற்றும்
kaelu arukkan palan thaan azhagai maatrum
கெடியான திங்கள் பலன்தான் பொருளுண்டாகும்
kediyaana thingal palanthaan porulundaagum
பாலு செவ்வாய் பலன் தான் உயிரை மாய்க்கும்
paalu sevvaai palan thaan uyirai maaikkum
பாங்கான புதன் பலன் தான் மதியுண்டாகும்
paangaana puthan palan thaan mathiyundaagum
தாளு வியாழன் பலன் தான் கருத்தை போக்கும்
thaalu viyaazhan palan thaan karuththai poakkum
தப்பாது வெள்ளி பலன் கடனே செய்யும்

He says that taking head bath on sunday will lead to change the beauty of the body, taking head bath on  monday would result in earning of wealth, taking head bath on  tuesday would result in the state of death , taking head bath on  wednesday would result in growth of knowledge, taking head bath on  thursday would result in blunting the sharpness of the brain, taking head bath on  friday would result in debts, taking head bath on  saturday would result in attaining good fame and friends.

This could not be written without knowledge or research. The story behind this is yet to be discovered.

Rasamani - Few informations

Mercury, a mineral, is only called as rasam. They say it as the property of Lord Siva. The liquid form of this rasam is converted into solid form and used by the Siththars.

This process of converting the rasam into solid form is the first step of the Alchemy. The one who knows the process of converting the rasam into solid form is blessed by god. He must have the grace of the navagrahas (nine planets). He is the one who has got the capacity of becoming the Alchemist. Others should treat him equal to the Angels, says Yugimuni.

"இருந்து பார் சூதத்தை எவ்வண்ணத்தாலும் 
irunthu paar soothaththai evvannaththaalum
இருக்கினவன் தேவனடா இடுக்கமில்லை
irukkinavan thaevanadaa idukkamillai"

"ஆண்டகை தன மோதிரம் அடுத்த பொருளெல்லாம்
aandakai thana moathiram aduththa porulellaam
தீண்டளவில் வேதிகைசெய் தெய்வ மணி கொல்லோ
theendalavil vaethigaisei theiva mani kolloa"

We can keep on saying like this. There are so many benefits that could be attained by this kind of rasamani. Those benefits could be categorized into two types. 

One is that it could be beneficient to the people wish to attain the wisdom. The other category of benefits could be attained by the people who enjoy the earthly pleasures.

Firstly we shall see about the benefits that the people who enjoy the earthly pleasures.

If we stitch this rasamani into a garland and wear it around neck, the three basic cause for the diseases bile, phlegm and paralysis, all these three would be maintained in equal levels in the body. Hence any disease related to these three will not come.

Also the bad effect of the nine planets, the effect of the bad sprits, woodoo, will not cause any impact.

Lightning, thunderbolts, change of seasons and the poisonous animals, all these will not come near those who are wearing this rasamani.

Now let us see the benefits that the people who try to attain the wisdom would get.

Naturally, the rasamani has got the capability of absorbing anything. Those who try to attain the wisdom will know what will be the result, if the strength of a particular element is mixed with the rasamani.

The strength of 9 planets, 9 gems, 9 poisons could be gained by the rasamani, by following the Saaranai technique and by keeping it in the mouth and practicing yoga will help to attain the wisdom.

Along with this they could make the Kekana pill which makes the body to raise up and float/fly in the sky.

Like this the rasamani has got so many benefits that could be attained based on the way we use it. The Siththars have told out those techniques very openly so that all the people would benefit.

The Siththars of Eezham - An introduction

In the generation of the Siththars, there are 18 high level Siththars who have attained the Ashta Maha Siddhi, they are worshipped by everyone. Most of these people belong to the Indian sub-continent. They are very ancient people.

I wish to share an information that most of  you do not know. As there is a Siththars category from Tamil Nadu, there is another category of Siththars from Eezham. They belong to the later period. As they were living isolated from the society, we do not find much information regarding them.

On seeing the informaton that we got, we find many surprising informations about them. We also find some information related to the female Siththars. They were the information about the Siththars who came from Tamil Nadu and the information about the places where the Siththars of Eezham have attained the jeeva samadhi.

Based on this information we find that there are four major sepulchers of the Siththars on the four directions. They are, Kadaiyit swamy's sepulcher at Yaazhpaanam in the north, Siththanai kutti swamy's sepulcher at Kaarai islan in the east, Periyaanai kutti swamy's sepulcher at the entrance of Colombo in the west, Navanaadha Siththar's sepulcher at the Naavalapitti in the south.. 

The prominent 18 Siththars of the Eezham are,

The astrology predicted by the Siththars

"What is this grahachaaram?" 

This is the most commonly used word in Tamilians daily language. This grahachaaram is nothing but the result or effects of the movement and positioning of the planets.

The postioning of the planets, stars, zodiac signs at a particular point of time, are used to predict the past, present and future. This technique of prediction is the astrology told by the Siththars.

There might be some wrong predictions in the horoscope, but there is no chance of this astrology to go wrong is my opinion. If one's birth time is told correctly and the predictions are done in the right way, then there is no chance of these astrology to go wrong. 

The fundamental or basic criteria that the Siththars use to predict the astrology is listed out below.
  • Stars
  • Time of the Sun's northward or southward course
  • Zodiac signs
  • Seasons 
  • The leader of the stars
  • The zodiacal sign rising at the moment of one's birth
  • Planets
  • Facing of the plantes
  • The govering houses of the planets
  • The peak states of the planets
  • The time that the planets stay in the sign's place
If predictions are done by taking all the above criterias into considerations then the consequent effects and results for present, past and future are done correctly. This is the traditional method told by the Siththars for the prediction of astrology.

Naadi Astrology – Few doubts

Naadi Astrology is something that puts all of us into surprise. It is a boon given by the Siththars to the world. The people who are already living and those who are going to born, about all of them they have already written, such a precious treasure it is. This is the understanding that all of us have got.

Before getting into the topic in depth, let us have an introduction about it. Only by seeing one’s finger print they take the relevant record (palm-leaf) and then they say about the person, this is the technique. There is one more condition also in this technique, only if our fate is destined to see we can see the naadi astrology.

They will bring certain palm-leaves and read out them to you. Amongst them whichever suits to your details we need to identify them and tell them, and then they will read it out for you. You will start listen to it with surprise and your mouth wide opened.

Now I will share some of my views about the naadi astrology.

I do not want to accept the blind beliefs or the cheap business tricks told on the name of the Siththars. As a result only I started looking for more information about it, and I am sharing whatever I knew and realized.

As I am saying this, it does not mean that I suspect all the songs and information told by Siththars. I am the one who have been continuously attempting to know about the Alchemy, astrology techniques told by Siththars that most of them do not trust.

To my knowledge, Siththars idea about the naadi is not about an individual only. Also they have not written much related to any individual. They have never stressed about anything other than their guru or disciple.

When this is the context, how could I trust that they have wrote about every individual around the world and also about the one who is going to take birth..

They have written their songs itself with the actual meaning hidden in it, then what is the reason that they wrote the Naadi astrology so clearly. This thought is initiation for my search about the mystery.

I do not mean to tell that the Siththars have told nothing about the astrology, I agree that they are experts in it also. But my point is that they have not told anything about finger prints.

Then what is the naadi that Siththars told about?

The naadi that Siththars told is that on holding the hand straight and straight along the thumb finger there is a radius bone, the pulse that goes over it i.e., one inch above the wrist, place 3 fingers equally and touch slowly and identify the pulse then by changing the fingers we can identify the movement of the pulse. This is the technique that they have told.

As an example I have given below some Agathiyar songs on naadi.

"கரிமுகனடியை வாழ்த்தி கைதனில் நாடிபார்க்கில்
karimuganadiyai vaazhththi kaithanil naadipaarkkil
பெருவிரலங்குலத்தில் பிடித்த நடுவே தொட்டால்
peruviralangulaththil pidiththa naduvae thottaal
ஒருவிரலோடில் வாதம் முயர்நடுவில் பித்தம்
oruviraloadil vaatham muyarnaduvil piththam
திருவிரல் மூன்று லோடிற் செத்தும நாடியாமே
thiruviral moonru loadir seththum naadiyaamae."

Why did Siththars write their songs with a hidden meaning?

Siththars can be categorized but cannot be defined.  They are unique among themselves.  Though they differ with one another, the ultimate goal is same. All of them want to indulge or unite themselves into Lord Shiva, who is the beginning and end but each one of them followed their own way. But the ultimate goal is same.
Out of my reading experience, I have understood that the Siththars could be categorized in two ways. The first kind of them are those who consider all the earthly pleasure and sorrows are false and discard all of them and indulge or unite themselves into Lord Shiva and lead the rest of the life in that supreme pleasure. They do not consider anybody else.

Under this category, we can say Pattinaththar, Pathirakiriyar, Arunagirinadhar, Thaayumanavar as examples.

The second category is totally different. For attaining the immortality by following techniques like Alchemy they attain kaya siddhi and lead rest of the life.

Both categories of Siththars have done so many theurgies. These kinds of theurgies are the reason for attaining the attention of the people towards Siththars. None of the Sihthars has gone to the people by themselves and told about their inventions. Mostly for the benefit of their disciples only they reveal about their inventions.

They thought that human should realize about the uncertainty of life and attain the higher state of life. I think as a consequence of this thought only sidhaas thought that their inventions should never reach the common people who have got all the desires.

Thereby only, they have wrote all the realizations and understandings they got as songs with meanings hidden in them. So as to ensure that it do not reach the common man. Though the words of the songs comprises of simple words there is another meaning hidden in it. There is one such text in Bagavath Gita also, that could be quoted as example.

“In whatever form you think about me, I will appear in that form only.”

The Siththars language is also like this only.  Those who are expert in this only can understand it and get beneficent out of it.

When they write the theurgy with hidden meaning in it at least out of the interest to know them they might attempt to understand the inner meaning. This might be the reason that the Siththars wrote their songs with a hidden meaning in it.

Hence by reading it deeply you can realize them.

To cure fever

சாதகமா நீர் வார்த்தே எட்டு ஒன்று ஆக்கி
saathagamaa neer vaarththae ettu onru aakki
உண்டிடவே சொன்னதொரு சுரங்கள் எல்லாம்
undidavae sonnathoru surangal ellaam
ஓடுமடா வான் எழிலி போலத்தானே..!
oodumadaa vaan ezhili poalaththaanae..!"

Peipudal, clove, dry ginger ,cyperus, long margo, bunch of coriander leaves, add all these in equal proportions into a container and add sufficient amount of water and boil it to1/8th share of it. On having this bilious fever, bilious temper, high fever all these get cured thereby the fever will be eradicated totally. For this no diet has been mentioned. It is also told that it is enough if we drink only once.

To get beautiful hairs

Listen to the secret of the beautiful hairs. Gall-nut, pepper, turmeric, nelli mulli, teasel, neem seed all these has to be collected in equal measures and add cow's milk into it and grind it into a paste. Apply it on head for 10 minutes and then on taking head bath, it will make the body shine says Thirumoolar. He also adds that,
"கபாலம் இறுக்கும் கண்ணும் துலக்கமாம்
kabaalam irukkum kannum thulakkamaam
அபால மந்தனி அதிவண்டு போலாகும்
abaala manthani athivandu poalaagum
விபாலத்திசை வாய்வு வேலை செய்யாது
vipaalaththisai vaayvu vaelai seyyaathu
இபாலத்தினுள்ளே எளிதாக மாத்தியே
ipaalaththinullae elithaaga maaththiyae."

If we follow this procedure and take head bath regularly, the skull becomes strong and we can get hairs as black as black beetle. Along with it all the health issues related to the gastric and also head ache will never come says Thirumoolar.

Filled everywhere.. Even in me!!

The supreme being is the only one who is present everywhere. It stands as intelligence, and source for all the other living beings and also origin for all movable and immovable things. Hence god is seen in all the non-living things, says Siththars.

Panjabootham are wind, fire, water, land and sky . God is the one who created these panjabootham and he is filled in all of them. Your body is the one that has formed as a combination of all these panjabootham.

This is told as that the world's supreme being is present in our body by Kuthambai Siththar. "In the land, in the widely spread water body, in the fire that rises high, in the wind that blows, in the the wide open sky, in all these see that god is present" says Kuthambai Siththar.

"நீரும் நெருப்பும் நெடுங்காற்றும் வானமும்
neerum neruppum nedungaatrum vaanamum
பாருமாய் நின்றதைக்காண் குதம்பாய்
paarumaai ninrathaikkaan kuthambaai
பாருமாய் நின்றதைக்காண்
paarumaai ninrathaikkaan"

"எங்கும் வியாபகம் ஈகை விவேகங்கள்
engum viyaapagam eegai vivaegangal
பொங்கமாய் உள்ளானடி குதம்பாய்

Female Siththars and few questions

In the ancient Indian history, the great Siththars who were rich in wisdom have succeeded in the Alchemy, medicine, astrology, witchery and many other fields.

All those who have attained this state are men only, this leads to a lot of questions in our mind.

About the female Siththars we have not got much clue. Also if there had been any female Siththars in those days, because of the male domination in that period we could not expect any evidences regarding them.

We do not have the evidences of the female Siththars either due to the social restrictions in those days or in real, there was no female Siththars. This is always a topic that could put us into argument only.

Though we find certain pieces of evidences regarding the existence of the female Siththars, but we could not find their history, the name of their guru and whether they had any disciples.

Neither their songs nor their achievements are available. Whether there had been no such evidences or they have been destroyed as days passed, which again leads to argument only.

Very recently we have found evidences that three female Siththars namely  Paramaachaariyaar, Raani Sennammal, Maayammaa and they have attained their Jeeva Samadhi at Kanchipuram, Bidhaanoor, Kanyakumari respectively.

I am looking to get the further information. If any one of you find any such information can share them. After I got all the evidences and songs I will share it here.

How important the Kaya Kalpa is?

Whenever we talk about the Siththars, we naturally remind about their unchanging youth and their long life.

"காணாது சித்தற்க்கு காயம் வலுநிற்க
kaanaathu siththarku kaayam valunirka
எணாகத்தின்ன விசைந்த முறை கேளு
enaakaththinna visaintha murai kaelu
ஈணாக வயது இருப்பதில் மண்டலம்
eenaaga vayathu iruppathil mandalam
பூணா வறுபதில் போல்ரெட்டித் தின்னு
poonaa varupathil poalretti thinnu"

Thirumoolar also says the same as, the Siththars remain youthful all the time with the same strength but the common people cannot live like them. So to keep our body youthful with strength eat the Kaya kalpa, says Thirumoolar.

He also says that if we are around 20 years old, we need to take the Kay kalpa for 48 days and if aged 60 years we need to have it for 96 days.

"திண்ணிடு தொண்ணூறு சேர் மூன்று மண்டலம்
thinnidu thonnooru saer moonru mandalam
பண்ணிடு தாண்டில் பலியாது கற்பம் தானே
pannidu thandil paliyaathu karpam thaanae
மண்ணிடை மாந்தரே வருந்திப் பிறக்காமல்
mannidai maantharae varunthip pirakkaamal
எண்ணிடு மேனி இளந்தைப் பருவமே
ennidu maeni ilanthaip paruvamae"

If aged 90 years we have to eat the Kalpa for 144 days, and for those who are aged above 90years this Kaya kalpa will not have any impact. Hence to avoid all the troubles that we face in our old age and to remain youthful we need to take Kaya kalpa in adolescent age itself, says Thirumoolar.

"பருவமாய்வாழ்ந்தால் பலனேதோ வெண்ணாதே
paruvamaai vaaznthaal palanaethoa vennaathae
அருவமாய் ஞான வகண்ட மகா யோகம்
aruvamaai gnana vaganda mahaa yoagam
சுருபமாய் வாய்க்கும் சுக சித்தி ஆடலாம்
surupamaai vaaykkum suka siththi aadalaam
நிருபமாய் பாழு நிலையம் வெளியாமே
nirupamaai paazhu nilaiyam veliyaamae"

Do not think it is unnecessary to eat the Kaya kalpa for being youth by facing all these difficulties. Because only if we are youthful, attaining wisdom will be easy. In that case you can also make so many theurgies and for attaining the yogic wisdom you will not find any health issues and very easily you will realize the three stages of life and attain a stage of feeling the completion, says Thirumoolar.

With this the importance that the Siththars has given to the Kaya Kalpa is very clear.
