Among the darshans given by Agathiyar, comparatively the upcoming ones are little bit arduous and this cannot be easily explained merely by words. Mostly these types are instructed to student via guru. Hence, I will explain up to my knowledge.
Let us see about the naatha darshan as given by Agathiyar;
ஆமப்பா விந்தினிட தெரிசனமுஞ்சொன்னேன்
aamapaa vinthinida therisanamunj sonnaen
அருள்பெரு நாதமதின் தெரிசனத்தைக்கேளு
arulperu naathamathin therisanathaikkaelu
தாமப்பா தன்னிலையை தானேகண்டு
thaamappaa thannilaiyai thaanaekandu
சங்கையுடன் விபூதி தூளிதமேசெய்து
sangaiyudan viboothi thoolithamaeseithu
சோமப்பால் கொண்டுபரி பூரணமாய் நின்றால்
soamappaal kondupari pooranamaai ninraal
சொல்நிறைந்த சுவாசமது பாழ்போகாமல்
solniraintha suvaasamathu paazhpoakaamal
நாமப்பா சொல்லுகிறோம் மவுனம்பூட்டி
naamappaa sollukiroam mavunampootti
நாதாந்தத் தமர்வாசல் திரையைநீக்கே.
naathaaanthath thamarvaasal thiraiyaineekkae
நீக்கியந்த கேசரியில் மனத்தைநாட்டி
neekiyantha kaesariyil manaththainaati
நிலையறிந்து ஓம்வசியென்று மைந்தா
nilaiyarinthu omvasiyenru mainthaa
தாக்கிநின்றாய் ரேசகபூரண மாய்நிற்க
thaakkininraai raesakapoorana maainirka
தன்மையுடன் வாசியது உண்மையாகும்
thanmaiyudan vaasiyathu unmaiyaakum
போக்குவரத் தாகிநின்ற வாசிமைந்தா
poakkuvarath thaakininra vaasimainthaa
பொருந்தி நின்றதமரதிலே யடங்கினாக்கால்
porunthi ninramarathilae yadangkinaakkaal
வாக்குமன தொன்றாகி மனதுகூர்ந்து
vaakumana thonraaki manathukoornthu
மகத்தான கேசரியில் சோதியாமே.
makathaana kaesariyil jothiyaamae.
One should sense own stage and perform the viboothi thulitham. Then position the mind, so that breathe will not be wasted. Now, position the mind silently as “Om vasi” at kaesari. As a result, the screen of the naathaantha vaasal will be opened giving the view of darshan.
Now, radiance can be seen at kaesari as a result of sensing the darshan. Moreover, it cannot be understood while reading the text, but the sequential practice makes one to understand it in better way.
