First, aazhakku (168 ml) amount of the seeds of prickly chaff flower plant should be collected. Then, clean the seed and lightly roast in fire and then bake it with cow’s milk. On eating this baked food, one cannot be hungry for utmost 8 days. He also said, it is not lie and it is confidently genuine information.
