Constipation - A simple remedy

Constipation is one of the adverse effect caused by the fast world. The excretion in the body is done through sweat, toilet and motion. If these get affected then the entire functions of the body get affected. Though most of them are affected by this, they are hesitant to discuss it in public. The stressful minds caused due to the busy life, and the eating food untimely are the main reasons for it.

For a healthy man, in a week at least 10 times he must excrete motion. In our body the waste should not be stagnant in the kidney. These excretory problems will not occur those who do regular exercises, lead a stress life, and consume dietary fibre.

Now a days the tablets for the free motion have become a great business all over the world. The Siththars have told simpler methods to get rid of these issues.

In the morning add one and half spoon of salt or salt as per required to 3 glasses of lukewarm water and by consuming it and by taking a walk for sometime all the waste in the small and large intestine gets washed off. This method has to be followed for the next five days, then the sixth day you will get it done by itself. These has to be done for every 3 to 6 months once. By doing this kidney and the glands becomes fresh.
